• Exceptions: Customized Products (e.g., monogrammed belts), final sale items (clearly marked on the Platforms), and opened/used Products (e.g., opened perfume, worn gloves) are not eligible for refunds.

• We aim to process refunds within ​​14 business days​​ of receiving and inspecting the returned Product(s).
• For PayPal payments: Due to regulatory requirements in some jurisdictions, refunds may take up to ​​30 days​​ to reflect in your account. We will notify you of the expected timeline once your return is processed.

​​4.3 Shipping Costs for Returns​​
