2 Returns & Refunds

2.1 Non-Returnable Items – Reasons

  • Hygiene-sensitive goods: Socks & Tights once packaging is opened; gloves that show wear.

  • Custom-engraved or personalised belts / accessories (cannot be resold).

  • Final-Sale / Clearance items (clearly marked on the product page).
    Ineligible returns will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense.

2.2 Requests After the 14-Day Window

  • Manufacturing Defects: Report within 60 days of delivery—qualify for free repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

  • Change-of-mind after 14 days: Regrettably not accepted; please order carefully.

2.3 Step-by-Step Refund Process

  1. Initiate – Email [email protected] with your order #, items, and reason.

  2. RMA Issued – We reply within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorisation and the return address.

  3. Ship Back – Send the parcel within 7 days; write the RMA on the label.

  4. Inspection – Completed within 3 business days of arrival.

  5. Refund – Processed as outlined above; automatic confirmation emailed.
